Last year, every one of us moved into a beach house association and I am certainly loving it, but I didn’t think that I would certainly like the fact that I would be living in a location like a beach house community. I thought that I would assume way too constricted in a location that told me what I had to do, however that’s the opposite of what has certainly ended up happening; even though they tell me how short to keep my shrubbery clipped and things like that, it’s not certainly even bothering me. I think it’s because everything else has just been going so smoothly for me, and living here is like having a personal concierge service all the time; but for example, last week when my air conditioning program stopped finally working in the condo, I didn’t even have to call the company myself to set-up an appointment to get it fixed. Instead, but, all I did was call the beach house office and mention the fact that the air conditioning seemed to be on the blink in my unit, then as soon as I said that, the beach house director told me that he would get right on it, but he ended up having a heating and cooling specialist come out to my condo, repair my air conditioning, and have everything back up and running before the day was even over. It was the fastest service I have ever acquired from an actual heating as well as air conditioning business; This wasn’t even the first time that this had happened! They also fixed a leak in my sink in the lavatory for me, certainly abruptly. Living here is really amazing.
