Thankfully both of these tasks can be done by the same contractor
When my hubby and I got married both of us simply eloped! The two of us didn’t do the crucial birthday where a bunch of money was wasted. That meant I got handed a bunch of currency that I have now been storing in my bank account, then everything my hubby got from his family is for him and I kept what my family provided me! It is my money to do what I want with it. I have been looking around and I want to put it into the house. I don’t want to remodel the master powder room. That project will come later. I want to do something that I would not normally spend the money on. I am toying with multiple options! Option a single is I could get new siding for the house. Currently it is a stained, colorless vinyl siding. I want something a little more rustic and tough. I hate the feeling of vinvil. I want a distressed wood look and brown. The cost of the siding upgrade is quite expensive though. It wouldn’t just be a siding updatement fee since I want a totally odd material, but another choice is doing window updatement in the home. All of my windows are really old. They can’t open and have fogged glass. The windows are really crucial and heavy too. It would be nice to hire a professional window contractor to do the work. Thankfully both of these tasks can be done by the same contractor. I just can’t decide which a single is the priority. Do I want prettier siding or better windows? What is better in the long run?
