There is just something very exciting when it comes to being a 1st time homeowner.

But the fact that Max and I were also doing that with a beachside house made the thrill even better.

And then Max and I moved right in. It took a year of residing with not so great heating and cooling and several loud neighbors before Max and I were able to transport out of an apartment. But Max and I did it in order to save enough to finally own our home. So when our home was finally completed, we could hardly stand waiting any longer because I was so excited. That might explain why it took Max and I a little more than a week to assume some irregularities with the heating and cooling. Max had paid for the higher end Heating as well as A/C unit because heating and cooling was a main priority. So it took Max a bit to realize that the Heating as well as A/C vents were not in the right positions, then there was only 1 single Heating as well as A/C air vent in the master dining room and it wasn’t even pointing in the correct direction. There were more than one Heating as well as A/C air vents in the guest lavatory with none in the guest dining room. I brought this up to our builder who realized instantly what had happened. There were several floor plans available for the same size home when Max and I were choosing our current home. What happened was the Heating as well as A/C contractor got another set of plans then the plan for our home. But the Heating as well as A/C supplier and the builder made short work of correcting the problem. It took about 2 weeks to completely change out the HVAC duct and have the sort of HVAC ducts that Max and I needed.
