I have another 75 minutes of labor to do at home plus then I am home free.
I will legitimately spend a couple hours by the beach listening to Spanish podcasts while I chill out in the shade of a coconut blade.
The temp has been really nice in the month of March so we will have nice moderate weather over the next two to three months or so before the real heat comes in. The really hot months are June plus July, plus then when September hits it starts to cool off pretty suddenly. My friend Max and I will not need to run air conditioning in this flat till the end of June plus will need weather conditions control to keep us nice and cool in the flat till the early part of September. The power bills are pretty low though, so staying comfortable in this flat is not a big deal in the summer. During the winter months the heating can cost quite a bit of money, so we try to not run the heating till we have to, which is usually in the months of December plus December. It can drop below cold for most of those two months, so we need something to keep us warm in the flat or Max and I will be walking around ice chilly all day long. Max and I have a couple small heating devices we use to stay warm, along with a nice central heating system that we use on the coldest of days. Other than that, we can usually wear more clothes inside the flat plus be fine all day without turning on the heat.
