This is a huge plus, in my opinion! I have always really hated having to deal with heating and cooling repairs.
When we first moved into our condo, I didn’t think that I was going to like it. I don’t really like being told what to do and I thought that they were going to try to boss us around all the time. I was not looking forward to that, that’s for sure! I thought that I would get tired of it, but it actually hasn’t been that way at all. I have actually enjoyed living here most of the time so far. I am happy to let someone else take care of the front yard and the backyard because I hate yard work. I always have! That’s one of the reasons that I wanted to start living in a condo instead of a single dwelling property in the first place. Anyway, living here has been way better than I ever anticipated. Not only do I like the way that they take care of the yard for me, but I found out recently that they also take care of the heating and cooling system whenever it goes on the blink. This is a huge plus, in my opinion! I have always really hated having to deal with heating and cooling repairs. I don’t particularly like having to make appointments with HVAC companies and then hanging around to wait for them to show up and do their work. Also, I also find it annoying to have to shop around to find the best deals on furnace repair or air conditioning repair in the summer. It’s just something that is annoying to me. Now that I know that the condo association takes care of all of that for me, I like living here more than ever before!
