That was an epic failure

That was an epic failure

I want to deliver our outdoor lanai an epic facelift.

Right now the lanai is attached to the condo however not the Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C.

The area is screened so all of us can know natural breeze! For cooling there is an overhead fan. The rain pours into the lanai a ton due to the screens. The water has damaged the cement to the point it is starting to come up. I want to change our lanai to be more of an indoor spot. I can’t attach ductworks as well as connect it with our central Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C. But, I am thinking about getting a ductless mini cut for the space. Before I get the Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C in, I will need to make quite a few updates though. I will need to remove all the screens as well as have windows instead. The floors will need to be ripped up as well as new put down. I also will want to take out the ceiling fan. Then the ductless oil furnace as well as A/C unit can be mounted on 1 of the walls. The outdoor air compressor can be just on the outside of the lanai! Having temperature control will be nice in there… My hubby as well as I like to rest on the lanai as well as look at our backyard. All of us sometimes eat dinner there. But, with the wind, water damage as well as lack of AC, it is not easy. Adding temperature control as well as taking away the damage from the natural elements should help. My hubby is sad that all of us will miss feeling the breeze. Also, the windows will reflect in a lot of sun as well as make it hot. He is not sure our ductless A/C can handle this demand for cooling.
