When our new home kept having concerns with overheating in the Wintertide and overcooling in the summer, I thought I must’ve been cursed. Why else would I be dealing with an issue love this? How multiple people have dealt with their new home being too cold during the summer, or toowarmin the winter? Well, I seem to be 1 of the few. The cause was simple enough – I would leave for labor every morning, and have to leave the heating or a/cs running during the morning. This was just so the site would stay at the same comfortable temperature setting, as anything else would cause the new home to become too uncomfortable when I got back home. This was wonderful for ensuring that I came new home to a new home with excellent temperatures and indoor air conditions, however it was bad since I had to fork out so much money to pay for the upkeep and service! It got to a point where I had to pay money for a smart control device to be installed at our home, all to keep the new home feeling cooler or warmer for longer without costing an arm and a leg to operate. When I had the smart control device installed, I saw a major improvement in energy use within a week’s time! This was due to the smart control device turning on the a/c device about half an sixth before I was going to get home, then now the new home would be pre-cooled with the a/c running, and I wouldn’t have to cool the new home all morning long to make it happen!
