Temperature differences in the condo can be from air duct problems

After I saw the holes in the air duct, I went upstairs and did some research online to see what the correlation between the many things might be.

In the past couple of months, I’ve noticed that there have been some peculiar temperature problems going on in our house, however there’s a entirely freezing spot in our hallway and then in the family room, there’s a corner that’s constantly freezing too. I guess it could be a ghost or something in the family room, however I’m guessing that there’s entirely a more logical reason for it, but as a matter of fact, I’m pretty sure that we have some air duct in our condo that needs to be upgraded, last month when I was changing out our air filters in our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit, I saw that some of the air duct looked like it wasn’t connected really well. Then when I was down in the basement I saw that there were a couple of holes in some of the air duct. After I saw the holes in the air duct, I went upstairs and did some research online to see what the correlation between the many things might be. I found out that if you have air duct with holes in it or that’s poorly connected, it can actually cause sizzling spots or freezing spots in your house. Apparently, having leaky ducts can wreak havoc on your heating and bills, too. After I study all of that information, I realized that my heating and cooling bills had been more than respected over the past six months. I guess I should call my local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company and have them come out to upgrade some of my air ducts; Hopefully, it will fix both of the freezing spots and lower my utility bills, too!
