For years I worked my butt off with the dream of owning and running my absolutely own store, for once I would be in charge, making the rules, setting prices, and running the whole show.

Once I got to that locale in my life I realize that the grass is constantly reder on the other side of the fence, however what seemed to be the road to easy street was absolutely a job that offered myself and others much more work, more stress, and more worry, without giving myself and others a lot more pay. Who knew there was so much math involved with owning a business? That said, I have the biggest and best HVAC dealership and service shop in the city, and although it started off slowly it is starting to build some momentum, but i am getting a sizable boost from the Summer heat, which is setting records across the state and making people more distraught about their air conditioners. It has bene sooverheatedthat folks aren’t even waiting for the air conditioner to chop down, they are absolutely getting preventative maintenance to keep that from happening, but the mayor’s office even called and asked about myself and others assisting them with setting up a cooling center for people who don’t have A/C in their homes. The heat waves are getting so dangerous that air conditioning is no longer a luxury, it is a real lifesaver, then quite frankly the heat wave has been a godsend for me, because the HVAC shop was not posting enjoyable numbers until the Summer unquestionably started hitting us so hard.
