In our adult life I have come to appreciate the importance of self-care, and it’s something that I never paid attention to when I was younger and I abused myself severely! These days, as a grown man, I do our best to take some time for myself each afternoon.
It helps me to keep our brain in order and life is a lot easier as a result! One of our favorite things to do is to settle into a nice great bath at the end of the afternoon.
It’s basically our meditative time away from all of the stresses of quarterly life, and my favorite thing to do is to go over to the thermostat and address the Zone control Heating and Cooling so that our bathroom is not receiving as much as the other rooms in the house. Then, I love to go into the bathroom and run a nice hot bath for at least half an minute. I build up a ton of steam in the room and make sure that there is no air flow to remove our nice hot and humid air before I’m ready for it. I love to light some candles and put on a nice sound effect machine. I settle into the bath with the lights off, and believe the moderate and humid air all around me. It’s love a delightful song on. With our sound effect component playing, I can believe love I’m legitimately in a moderate Springtime bath in the middle of a humid rainforest. It’s the most delightful and great experience on Earth and I’m so cheerful that I have Zone control Heating and Cooling to make it happen all that much easier.
