I have been an HVAC technician for a long while, but unfortunately, my vision has been becoming more blurred in recent years.
My wife told me that I should get glasses but I never wanted to have to do anything like that.
I thought about possibly going for laser surgery to improve my eyes, but then it sounded kind of scary and risky. So I finally listened to my wife and got my eyes checked. I was able to get some fancy glasses, one pair for work, and one pair for just going out. I love my going out glasses now because they have transitional lenses which work to protect my eyes from the sun. When I am indoors, they naturally lighten up so I can easily see. When I am outside, they create a tint that is like wearing shades. I love using my glasses while working at various heating and cooling jobs also. While it used to be a pain to replace various parts and unfasten bolts and screws, now I am able to see everything clearly with my glasses. It actually helps me to finish the jobs faster and easier and even some of my oldest clients have noticed the improvement when I am doing work on their HVAC systems. Everybody seems to like my glasses, and so do I. I honestly wish I would have got some glasses a long time ago, it would have helped me so much over the years. Now if I could just figure out how to improve my bad back, that would be great.
