Snacks will save the day

I recently found out during a routine doctor visit that I have diabetes.

Since I am only 28 years old, I really have to take care of myself.

The medical professional I visited said that I should watch what I eat plus exercise more often. I joined a gym plus I have a familiar fitness routine. I try to eat healthy, however I find that it is often a chore. I rarely have time to rest down plus eat dinner when I need to. As a stressed heating plus cooling serviceman, I am always on the go, running around town. I am always moving from a single job to another. Some long nights I might drive around to 3 or 4 different HVAC systems. Other nights, I might task on the same job arena all afternoon long. Sporadically, however, I get to take a proper meal, plus occasionally I will not eat until the afternoon. It often depends on my random schedule for the afternoon. I came home after a few nights working on difficult jobs plus my blood sugar was terribly out of whack. My bestie kindly told myself and others that I can’t keep missing meals. I know that the local medical professional would agree. Since I never know where I will be, my roommate decided to start packing a dinner kit every afternoon. I have a few awesome protein filled foods each afternoon appreciate granola bars, fruit, peanut butter sandwiches, whole grain crackers, then ever since I started taking snacks along to eat while in the afternoon, my blood sugar levels have been better all day and night.
