I’m considering a product like Aeroseal to patch the holes in my ductwork

There was a whole host of problems with this old house when I first moved in. I thought there would be a few areas that would need basic remodelling, like the kitchen and bathrooms, but nothing to this degree with this property. We had to move a wall and fix some of the support beams, because our inspector said that the way it stands, the house could collapse in four or five years from the natural movement of the ground underneath. On top of these expenses, I wasn’t anticipating the cost of replacing the entire roof. I even had to get several of the plywood boards underneath replaced because of weather rot. But the roof and foundation were just the beginning of my remodelling woes. The biggest disappointment came when I had my HVAC system inspected by one of the leading and most reputable heating and cooling dealers in our city. The air conditioner and furnace were functioning normally, but the ductwork was so leaky that air was escaping in nearly every zone of the house. My fears immediately went to worry how I could ever afford new ductwork on top of all the other expenses I was taking on unexpectedly. I was thankful when they told me they have a new product called Aeroseal. They use pressurized air to pump and spray the entire inside surface of your ductwork with this flexible and non-toxic polymer that fills any holes or gaps without needing to replace any ductwork. I was absolutely amazed by the results after the procedure was completed. It was like getting a brand new air conditioner installed with the improvements in air strength and energy efficiency.
