My hubby & I have lived here in the lake house for fifteen years. Six years ago, both of us upgraded the entire Heating & Air Conditioning system with a brand new heat pump & 16 SEER A/C cooling unit. It worked unbelievably well for the first few years, however now things have changed. Over the past few months, I have observed a rather extreme change in the indoor air conditions in our home. The indoor air flow is not as strong as it was when I purchased the heating & air conditioning program some years ago. It seems appreciate the family room is not as cold as the living room. The living room is a great deal closer to the heating & air conditioning unit. The further away both of us get from the heating & air conditioning unit, the less airflow both of us suppose from any of the air vents. I tried to close the air vents in the more than one rooms that both of us rarely enter, however that still didn’t help force more air into the back of the house. I called up a heating & air conditioning contractor to talk about the concern & find out if there was anything that both of us could do to fix it. The heating & air conditioning contractor had various ideas to help to boost our air flow. The people I was with and I ultimately decided to thoroughly clean all of the air ducts & air vents. The people I was with and I are hopeful this cleaning service will help the flow of the air inside our home. If this does not work, both of us will really buy more supplemental heating & air conditioning programs to place in the back of the house. Since that means spending currency from the savings account, it will be our last resort option.
