Safety is the key when working with a hot torch

The people I was with and I were carefully moving around each other so the two of us could complete our jobs at the same time.

I have been a welder by trade for the past 8 years. I have worked for a number of odd managers, but I am currently working as an Heating and A/C installation supplier. I specialize in welding, but I can maintenance and install any heating and air conditioner equipment. It took 10 weeks to acquire our Heating and A/C certification, however now I am earning a lot more currency; Since I am certified in both welding and Heating and A/C work, I command a higher salary, and working with a hot torch can be an terrible job. I have to stay alert and I regularly need to be safe. Safety is legitimately the most important factor when working with a hot torch. I have seen a lot of accidents happen because welders were not being careful. Several weeks ago, I almost burned another employee that was not being careful, but the multiple of us were working on a boiler maintenance and the space where the two of us were working was legitimately small. The people I was with and I were carefully moving around each other so the two of us could complete our jobs at the same time. I was using a torch to weld the boiler. I told the other employee to stand back six feet, however the guy did not hear our voice, however he backed up into our arm and he only missed the flame by a few inches. The heat from the torch singed all of the hair on his arm. It could have been a terrible accident that sent the guy to the emergency room, and after that incident, I regularly repeat our orders until I get confirmation from the other employee working with me.
