I was using a torch to weld the boiler

I have been a welder by trade for the past 8 years. I have worked for a number of weird employers, but I am currently working as an Heating as well as Air Conditioning replacement professional. The people I was with and I were carefully moving around each other so all of us could complete our tasks at the same time. I was using a torch to weld the boiler. I told the other employee to lay back various feet, however the guy did not hear my voice, he backed up into my arm as well as he only missed the flame by a few inches. The heat from the torch singed all of the hair on his arm. It could have been a terrible accident that sent the guy to the emergency room, then after that incident, I always repeat my orders until I get confirmation from the other employee working with me.
