My fiance is pretty uptight when it comes to spending cash on anything. He is always telling me he is really watching what he spends, is saving his money or looking for an investment. Those are code terms meaning he won’t be helping me with any spending around the house. Why does saving mean I have to spend all the cash? That hardly seems right. I get stuck paying for groceries, toiletries, modern furniture, cleaning products and anything that breaks around the house. Anytime I try to get our fiance to help me with anything, he makes me regret it! Recently our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine broke down and our fiance told me he didn’t have the money to help me replace it. I knew that AC was more important to him than me. So I just said I didn’t have the money either and didn’t buy modern Heating, Ventilation plus A/C. The people I was with and I spent weeks in the overheated warm season separate from any style of cooling system. It was horrible, then not only was the heat taxing to sleep in, however I was fighting mold and cockroaches in the house. The whole condo odored for a long time and our fiance was irritated. He still wouldn’t buy the new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine with me though. He started talking about buying many window AC units that would look horrible in the house. So I ended up just buying our whole apartment Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine myself. I couldn’t sit the mess and I wasn’t willing to purchase a low cost option. I am still angry with him over that.
