My brother recently obtained a 5 bed and 5 bath home on the water.
He has a boat and a home gym now. He has two dining rooms and a giant kitchen. He even has a fish pond that you walk by on your way to the front door. My brother is living a rich dude’s life now. There are tons of positives to having a bunch of neat and cool stuff. However, there is a ton of work as well. My brother doesn’t like that the condo relies on two water heating systems and three Heating, Ventilation plus A/C units. He says there is always something breaking down or requiring service. He now has the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier on speed dial in case 1 of the units acts up. The condo is just so sizable that a single Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine couldn’t do the task. A ductless mini split only can have 8 indoor air handlers. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C business said our brother could consider a ductless multi break for his house. This would require 2 outdoor air compressors that have numerous indoor air handlers hooked to them. He still will have a lot of Heating, Ventilation plus A/C to take care of and get maintenance on. No matter what our brother does, he is caring for numerous units. He complains about small things like air filter swings. My brother has to change 3 air filters all at different times. That must get stifling. When a room is too hot, he needs to figure out what machine doesn’t have enough refrigerant. The water heating systems also add another hitch in the afternoon to afternoon living as well.
