My fiance owns quite a few rental properties. One of his worst tenants has finally moved out and he is redoing the apartment. The whole part is a huge mess. The floor had laying water, there were bugs everywhere and black mold had formed. My fiance realized that the condo Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine must have died at some point and the tenant never told him. So the warm season heat and humidity created a gross little apartment. My fiance is up to his ears in work trying to service the issues. Clearly he needs to buy a modern Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine for the venue. I am trying to convince him to take our apartment Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. Our Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine is around 10 years old. I don’t like it. It is a bit loud when it turns on and off. I also would like to have a ductless Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine rather than central air. I could have individual units and thermostats in every room of the house. I could undoubtedly care about utilizing zone control throughout the afternoon. I also could have heating late at evening in our kitchen separate from our fiance complaining to me. My fiance isn’t undoubtedly excited about the idea of taking our apartment Heating, Ventilation plus A/C and putting it in the apartment. He says the moving of the units would be a sizable mess. It isn’t just the outdoor machine that needs to move, but the indoor as well. There are things to consider like ductwork as well. He would need to consult with a Heating, Ventilation plus A/C worker. He thinks it is easier to just buy a modern condo Heating, Ventilation plus A/C.
