I’ve never been 1 to be super lavish.
That might have something to do with being raised on a farm.
While I’m not a farmer, I’m the child of 1 and that actually informed on just how I go about life. The house I grew up in was so basic that we didn’t actually have what most would consider common residential Heating and Air Conditioning. The house was old and built to last. Heating came from the wood stove and our dad might throw in a window air conditioner in the living room when it got warm in the summer. I married someone with a similar approach to living life simply. Yet, it dawned on myself and others that I could be better about being more spontaneous when it came to romance. So I did our research and put together a 4 day weekend surprise for our partner. I even squared things with her boss so it would be a surprise when I showed up inside the zone controlled Heating and Air Conditioning of her office. That was worth all the energy right there. Just seeing her face when she realized that I was whisking her away was worth the price of admission. The resort I took her to was amazing. Our room was nicer than anything I had ever experienced. The heating and cooling alone was the most comfortable she and I had ever experienced. It was a appealing 4 afternoons and while we enjoyed the a/c and the splendor of our room, we also took full fortune of all the other amenities. I’m ecstatic she enjoyed being whisked away from the zone controlled Heating and Air Conditioning of her office as much as she did. That might have been the best part!
