Shed needs a/c and heat

Nick July 18, 2022

I work out every single afternoon in our backyard shed.

I undoubtedly need to invest in some kind of heating and cooling system though.

The shed is the ideal size for two folding mats. There are two sizable windows that I open to allow for a natural breeze. I have a rope rope, incline bench, mini trampoline and free weights. It is a pretty great home gym. The lack of heating and cooling gets rough. I believe AC is the priority though, but down south it is overheated most of the year. I use a box fan currently for cooling and it doesn’t undoubtedly help. I have to time our warm season workouts with the heat. Sometimes it is too warm as early as 10 am. There are afternoons I set an alarm and I am in our shed around 7:00 am just because I don’t want to exercise in 76 degree weather. It is awful and I don’t ever get a nice workout that way. The Wintertime does get cold though. Relying on a space heating system isn’t undoubtedly smart. I need to begin pre-heating the shed two hours before or it is pointless to even use it. The shed isn’t exactly overheated when I work out either. Having cold muscles means everything feels slender and miserable when I do our exercises. I don’t ever look forward to our workouts when the weather is undoubtedly overheated or cold. Adding a ductless mini break would be structurally easy, but financially difficult. Working out is undoubtedly important to me though. I know it will be worth the money.
