My brother recently bought a 5 bed and bath home on the river. He has a boat in addition to a tennis court now. He has multiple kitchens in addition to a giant bedroom. He even has a koi pond that you walk by on your way to the front door. My brother is living a rich man’s life now. There are tons of pros to having a bunch of areas in addition to cool stuff. However, there is a ton of work as well. My brother doesn’t like that the home relies on more than one water oil furnaces in addition to numerous Heating, Ventilation, and A/C units. He says there is always something breaking down or requiring service. He now has the Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C supplier on his speed dial in case one of the units acts up. The home is just so big that a single Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C unit couldn’t do the task. A ductless mini split only can have more than seven indoor air handlers. The Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C contractor said our brother could consider a ductless multi split for his house. This would require more than one outdoor air compressors that have multiple indoor air handlers hooked to them. He still will have a lot of Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C to take care of in addition to getting maintenance on. No matter what our brother does, he is caring for multiple units. When an area is too hot, he needs to figure out what unit doesn’t have enough refrigerant. The water oil furnaces also add another hitch in the day to day living too.
