When I bought our snowbird house I decided I wasn’t going to put much cash in it.

I have been looking around our home in addition to debating on updating. I could legitimately add quartz countertops to our bedroom without it being much money. I could redo the flooring in an hour if I wanted to. There are perks to having such a small home. Why shouldn’t our snowbird home be a classy house?
