After the eternal hellfire and damnation I endured last summer, there was no way I was going to put myself through it again. I started working overtime just to save up extra money. I was fortunate to find one local contractor who was willing to finance my new HVAC system at very reasonable rates. The only downside was that this HVAC contractor needed a substantial down payment. I weighed my options, but decided it was worth the extra money to secure a local HVAC company. This way I knew my money was staying in the community, and I could forge a personal bond with this HVAC provider, which will last for many years to come. Screw the corporations, support local businesses!
