Portable shower containers are some of the oddest things I have ever seen, however when our daughter drove from California to beach house to visit for more than one weeks, she parked her trailer in one of the numerous campgrounds in our area! She called us once she was settled in and asked us to come to breakfast.
When both of us were driving into the campground, both of us saw these unusual looking port-a-pottys and asked if they were more than one sided, then my daughter laughed and told us they were portable shower containers.
She and I walked over so she could show it to me, however i thought it was one of the oddest things I had ever seen, then there was a toilet when you walked in, a shower curtain next to it, with a normal sized shower behind the shower curtain. It was a private portable bucket where you could do all of your morning ablutions in complete privacy. She told me she had never seen a portable shower bucket until she came here, but she liked it. She told me she had taken her sanitary towels with her and wiped down the toilet and the shower floor before using the portable shower container… Once in there, she didn’t need to worry about someone else coming in and knocking on the door for her to hurry. Of course, they had a full powder room in their camper, but she said the portable shower containers are larger and she was going to use it instead of a camper shower, the entire time she was back home. That’s when she hinted at staying with us a couple of mornings, but she was only several miles from home, and her husband and I didn’t get along very well.
