Hot water boilers can provide effective heating and hot water solutions. When you have hard water, sediment and debris from the water becomes trapped inside of your plumbing. That would include the hot water boiler in this application. I discovered a great deal of sodium and sediment at the bottom of my boiler. The repair company told me that it was probably a good idea to start thinking about a new heating and hot water system. I didn’t want to have the same problems happen a second time, so I chose not to go with the same boiler when I made the update. I actually got a tankless water heater and a brand new central AC unit. The tankless water heater is perfect for my home because it’s only me. The central AC unit was relatively inexpensive and comes with a 3-year warranty on all of the parts and labor. I didn’t want to wait until the system was completely broken down, so I contacted the repair service a few weeks after I got the news about the machine. I made an appointment with the installation service team so they could come to the house and install the new equipment. Both the tankless water heater and the central AC were installed by the same contractor. The guy handled the HVAC work and plumbing issues at the same time. We kept his business card just in case we have future projects that need to be completed. The guy was a professional and very inexpensive.
