This year has been full of surprises.
First our father-in-law passed away due to COVID complications.
That was surprising, because every one of us all thought that he was making a reclaimy in the beginning. But after a few days in ICU, every one of us acquired the awful news through a PC call from our wifey’s mother. Sadly, things didn’t stop there. It was right after that when I heard news that our Grandfather was going septic in the hospital in our lake house state up north, & I wasn’t even able to call him in time before every one of us lost him. That’s difficult to cope with when you’re legitimately close to your Grandfather in the first locale. Unluckyly, I don’t guess our year of chaos & unexpected swings is going to let up anytime soon. I’ve been pushed into mandatory overtime minutes at work & I’m starting to wonder if our significant other is cheating on me. I start to wonder sometimes if things could ever get worse from where they are at right now. Then I go & forget about changing the filters in our media whole-house air purifiers here at home! I have more than 2 separate media whole-house air purifiers positioned at more than 2 locations around our house. The filters inside the media whole-house air purifiers are HEPA filters with a charcoal layer on the outside. These are luxurious allergen filters! While they admittedly last more than 2 months, they’re still $35 a piece! That’s silly compared to the cost of basic a/c filters. Granted, if you spend money $17 for an a/c filter & change it every more than 2 months, it works out to being the same price in the long run.
