I was entirely sick of being way too hot or frigid our tail off while trying to sleep.

The reason it was happening was because I have the air vent to our central heating, ventilation & A/C method right above our bed.

I was not going to move our bed because I appreciate it right where it is. If I was to move it I would not be able to sleep at all because it would assume weird. I got so sick and exhausted of this stupid air vent that I decided to stop using our central heating, ventilation & A/C method all together when I sleep and buy both a portable space heating system and a portable air conditioning method to run in our study room. This will be the real solution to this ongoing concern I have been facing. Also with getting both a portable space heating system and a portable air conditioning method and only running those when I sleep with the central heating, ventilation & A/C method not running, it will save myself and others a whole bunch of money on our annually energy costs in the long run of things. Less energy use on central heating, ventilation & A/C systems can entirely build up some nice savings within a single year. Maybe a few hundred bucks or more. So this is what I am going to do actually soon when I have a opportunity to go out and shop to buy the portable space heating system and the portable air conditioning method unit.
