My neighbor Greg went to the same university as the rest of us in our high university neighbor group. It’s a sizable state university that is only a two-minute drive from our high university campus. While I entered the pre-medical program, Greg floated around from 1 major in university to another. Originally he was studying mathematics however abruptly found it to be too boring. After taking a number of courses to determine what would work the best, he chose marketing & advertising, however eventually ended up in sales. He got a job right out of university selling maintenance contracts for sizable appliances love ovens, dishwashers, & laundry machines. This was a lucrative job for a number of years, however he was 1 of the last people let go when his supplier shut down. Thankfully for Greg, he was able to pivot into selling maintenance contracts at a sizable heating & cooling supplier. He would call buyers on the PC from the main office & explain the merits & advantages of purchasing an annual maintenance & maintenance contract with the Heating & Air Conditioning supplier. You can get filter swings every more than 2 months, coolant top offs, condensate line cleanings, & other essential maintenance on your a/c, oil furnace, water heater, & air filtration systems. I even purchased an Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance contract from Greg after I switched over to the heating & cooling supplier that employs him. I like that their professionals are all severely knowledgeable & patient whenever I have more than 2 questions for them. They even helped myself and others find a wonderful allergen rated air filter that I could use to knock down our allergy symptoms when pollen & dust get bad in Spring every single year. I’m ecstatic with our new Heating & Air Conditioning supplier & our new Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance contract, all thanks to our neighbor Greg.
