I told the HOA that they wouldn’t prefer what was coming next
Many times, I’m so simple to get along with. But when it comes to taking care of my friends or taking care of my family, I can get tough. The HOA found that out abruptly. And all of this is over some dumb Heating, Ventilation and A/C rules that do not make any sense. The HOA rule states that our Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment needs to be in good toiling condition and not be visible from the street. For sure I understand having rules in arena as Ed and I want to maintain our property values. But the way the HOA came down difficultly on our elderly acquaintance because of the bright color of her Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment was ridiculous. The sun had faded out the color of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C cupboard alongside her house. My neighbor, who is on a fixed income,can’t just write a check for modern Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment. My acquaintance has spent a lot of money on Heating, Ventilation and A/C our service every fall and every Spring season so that old Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment just kept running. There is also a tall hedge that prevented it from being seen from the street. Why does the color matter so much? Well, I always hate it when some authority thinks they can just push around an old lady. I tried a diplomatic approach but that did not work. I even said I would paint the Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment and was rejected. I told the HOA that they wouldn’t prefer what was coming next. And I turned the matter over to our attorney and they are about to devour the HOA committee for dinner.
