I was hitting some golf balls in the backyard. I was hitting them towards the swamp part where there are no houses or people. I had some eco-friendly balls and I had some respected balls. I was hitting the eco-friendly balls into the pond and I was chipping with the respected balls. I accidentally got the balls mixed up and I hit a single of the respected balls. It hit a tree and bounced back into the neighbors A/C unit. It hit that A/C unit with a difficult sud. I walked next door to look at the disfigure and there was a big dent on the side of the A/C machine. The dent was clearly from my golf ball. The ball was laying on the ground next to the machine. I knocked on the neighbor’s door and I told the guy about the incident with the golf ball. He got a lot more aggravated than I anticipated. He shut the door in my face and after that I saw him throw the golf ball over the fence. The next afternoon there was a bill taped to my front door. It was a bill for a brand modern A/C unit. The neighbor wanted me to pay for a modern AC, because I dented the A/C with the golf ball. I thought he was being insufficient and I demanded proof that the modern A/C was necessary. I didn’t hear anything from the neighbor for a week. This afternoon a police officer pulled into my driveway and served me with a court summons to appeach before a judge for the disfigures to the A/C unit. I don’t think how I can prove that the guy is wrong, although I also don’t understand how it could possibly cost $400 to service a dent caused by a golf ball.
