My Heating & A/C equipment is something that is rare to me.
So when we bought this property, we replaced the outdated Heating & A/C equipment with the best Heating & A/C technology we could find.
The seller didn’t want to budge when it came to replacing the Heating & A/C equipment, but that fact ended up being a pretty nice thing for us when it came to the final price on the property. We ended up negotiating a fair amount off the final price plus used that to get the most wonderful Heating & A/C equipment we could locate. It’s been fifteen years now plus some of that Heating & A/C equipment has been sitting in the sunshine for all those years. Of course this is going to have an effect on the shade of orange it once was. This powerful sunshine can simply peel paint right off of cars plus other stuff. So it was not at all shocking that the Heating & A/C cabinet faded a great bit. However, I was shocked by the reaction of our HOA. They began threatening me with fines plus litigation if I didn’t replace the Heating & A/C equipment. I thought it was crazy. I am not replacing anything that’s genuinely working. And due to the fact that this Heating & A/C equipment is some of the best equipment you could possibly have, it’s not even halfway through its life. I responded to the HOA by offering to have the Heating & A/C equipment properly painted. That wasn’t great enough. So I recommended I could plant a shrub or something like that so it would not be noticed. Again the HOA dug in their heels insisting that I take care of the Heating & A/C equipment. That’s when I turned it all over to my partner. She’s a lawyer plus just thoroughly enjoys burying chumps who are like this.
