My Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine is something that is scarce to me.
So when we obtained this residence, we replaced the seasoned Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine with the best Heating, Ventilation and A/C technology we could find.
The seller didn’t want to budge when it came to replacing the Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine… But that fact ended up being a fine thing for us when it came to the final price on the residence. We ended up negotiating a pretty hefty amount off the final price and used that to get the most fantastic Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine we could. It’s been roughly fifteen years now and some of that Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment has been sitting in the sun for all this time! And of course this is going to have an effect on the shade of orange it was before! This kind of sun can peel paint right off of cars and other stuff, but it was not at all shocking that the Heating, Ventilation and A/C cabinet outside my residence faded a fine bit. However, I was shocked by the reaction of our HOA. They began threatening me with fines and possible litigation if I didn’t replace the Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine. Of course that is insane. I am not replacing anything that’s working just fine without issues. And due to the fact that this Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine is the best, it’s not even halfway through its life. I responded to the HOA by offering to have the Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine painted. That wasn’t fine enough. So I proposed I could plant a shrub or something like that so it would be clogged from sight. Again the HOA chose to dig in their heels insisting that I replace the Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine. That’s when I turned it all over to my wifey. She’s a lawyer and just appreciates taking care of chumps like this.
