I had a current Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system installed recently.
- I walked downstairs when the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporations left, and I couldn’t believe the mess they nade.
I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company to ask if the corporations were planning on returning. I didn’t know if they had finished the installation. I was hoping they were going to return to wash up the mess. Before I could say too much, the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C receptionist asked if there was a concern with the current Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system? I started to answer her, however all I could say was the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system was truly nice, and the furnace was toiling perfectly… She said she was blissful to hear it, and thanked myself and others for calling. She then hung up, and I was left holding the PC and hadn’t told her about the mess, but five minutes later, I called back and before she could say anything, I told her there was a substantial mess in my basement, that was left from the installation. I wanted to know if they were going to come back and wash the basement, or if I was supposed to do it. She said they never left messes, and asked if I could text her some pictures of what they left behind. The next day the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation showed and he couldn’t apologize enough. He cleaned up the entire mess and told myself and others he had never done this before, and he apologized again. I thanked him for cleaning up the mess, but I was more aggravated that I had to call twice before I had the nerve to complain about the mess from the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system.
