I had a current Heating, Ventilation and A/C system installed recently. I walked downstairs when the Heating, Ventilation and A/C businesss left, and I could not feel the mess they nade. I called the Heating, Ventilation and A/C company to ask if the businesss were planning on returning. I didn’t feel if they had finished the upgrade. I was hoping they were going to return to scrub up the mess, before I could say too much, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C receptionist asked if there was a problem with the current Heating, Ventilation and A/C system? I started to answer her, however all I could say was the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system was actually nice, and the heating system was working perfectly, but she said she was glad to hear it, and thanked myself and others for calling. She then hung up, and I was left holding the PC and hadn’t told her about the mess. Five minutes later, I called back and before she could say anything, I told her there was a immense mess in our basement, that was left from the upgrade. I wanted to feel if they were going to come back and scrub the basement, or if I was supposed to do it. She said they never left messes, and asked if I could text her some pictures of what they left behind. The next day the Heating, Ventilation and A/C business showed and he could not apologize enough. He cleaned up the entire mess and told myself and others he had never done this before, and he apologized again. I thanked him for cleaning up the mess, but I was more exasperated that I had to call twice before I had the nerve to complain about the mess from the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system.
