Being a homeowner has been an eye opening experience for us.

Before, the people I was with and I used to share a 2 living room home with another couple in the city.

The more than three of us worked, and shared the cost of rent and utilities. This left us with more money for spending and having fun in the wild city, but however, when our partner and I began thinking about the future, the people I was with and I knew this was the best market to buy a house. There were so several available, and at a great price, however using our great credit scores, the people I was with and I secured a sufficient mortgage, and began living in our several living room condo in a nice area. However, it was not all bliss as the reality of being homeowners began to sink in; First, the people I was with and I had to share the bills two ways, and not more than three ways appreciate the people I was with and I would when living in the apartment. Then, there were the additional costs of running a house. The two of us were not even aware of the Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance which the people I was with and I had to do at least twice a year. It was a neighbor who gave us a full list of the costs that homeowners incur so the people I was with and I could start a money management strategy. She told us it was better to spend our savings for a Heating and Air Conditioning maintenance system than to contact the Heating and Air Conditioning business each time the people I was with and I had an issue. The maintenance system would also include 24/7 emergency repair if we’d ever need it and that sounded okay. The two of us also had to check out the cost of services such as ductwork cleaning. It costs an average of $35 to disinfect each ductwork air vent in a house. This, plus other Heating and Air Conditioning costs made us sign up for the maintenance system fast.
