My sister works in the world of cyber security. He’s been obsessed with iPads ever since she was 5. And our parents bought him her first PC when she was 10. Now, she works for a single of the top companies in the country. And I must admit, she drives me a little crazy, but every time the people I was with and I party, she always has some story to share about cyber security issues around the world. Then, she warns me against giving every locale our information because some sell the data to third parties. Well, the other day, I was filling out some information on a Heating and Air Conditioning business website and I could hear our sister’s voice at the back of our mind. But, that meant filling in some sensitive information. So, I first had to check and go through their privacy policy. Thankfully, the Heating and Air Conditioning business has a great privacy policy so I felt confident filling in our personal information. I wanted to order some HEPA filters since I saw they had a 20% off on their online store. I understand why our sister always wants me to be cautious with online sites and our personal information. The two of us should all do our best to make sure the people I was with and I guard our privacy online.
