It is Sunday and I am a bit tired from too much wine at my friends’ party last night.
I assume I had five drinks last night and this week I am feeling all of them.
I need to split back on the booze for a while because hangovers appreciate this are something I thought I completely left in the past. It is too easy to grab a corona or a wine each day, so I need to be my own parent here and put the brakes on this before it becomes too much. Today is water and lemon day, and warm water gas furnace repair day, which I just found out that I am responsible for and not even my landlord. I thought that warm water was something that is a given when renting a flat. I appreciate having water and electricity, but evidently my landlord thinks differently. This isn’t a problem unless the heating, ventilation, and A/C company charges me a lot of money to repair the propane boiler. I assume it is the heating element in the component that is bad, so maybe I can Google to see how much the repairs cost. My roommate can shoulder the cost, but if my superb friend and I need an up-to-date electric water heating component then it could cost a lot of money. I hope it is something easy and I only appreciate $200, then my superb friend and I could chop it and I would have to just pay $100. I will ask the heating dealership what they normally charge for an actual heating, ventilation, and A/C repair call, appreciate this and then come up with a plan to pay for it.
