It is consistently annoying to find out that your heated air is not going into your condo as it is supposed to, it is instead going outside. I thought it looked like my Heating and Air Conditioning bills were steadily increasing, and I couldn’t figure out why. I have my temperature control programmed, and it has been the same for many years, nothing has changed, so why are my bills hastily going up? Well, thankfully it wasn’t that difficult to find out. I called an independent cooling air conditioning system corporation, and she told me it was a HVAC duct concern and that I would need HVAC duct sealing. The HVAC ducts, being older, had gotten some minor holes in them. I was amazed at how fast she figured that out, she barely looked at my HVAC duct, but I trusted her word, and so I had my HVAC duct sealed. After she left, I resumed my heating and cooling plans, and she was right, that must have been the issue, because not only did my condo heat up and cool down much quicker, but my air conditioning system bill was much nicer to look at by the end of the month. I am blissful that I got that figured out fairly early, otherwise I would have kept paying more and more money with my condo not even being officially heated or cooled. Not to mention the wear and tear that would be on my boiler system and cooling machine, then either way, it is a concern of the past now, and finally my condo feels comfortable and easy to heat and cool as it is supposed to be.
