When I was younger I thought that by now things would have been different.

I imagined a mankind with flying cars, personal robots that do everything for you.

This included climatized suits, but instead, all my friend and I have are just a few devices that wash our floors, play music or mash up food. I thought my friend and I would have made much more progress. Because of our task, I often travel, plus I thought that it would be nice if somehow there was an intelligent temperature control available in the market. I then could use it to program our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning from our smartphone. That way, by the time I arrive at our home it is the right temperature. There is nothing worse than getting back from work to a chilly house. I do have central heating at home, however it takes a long time to heat the house. I was amazed when I found 1 of these devices available in the market. It turns out they have had programmable temperature controls for years. I called our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning worker to see if it would be possible to use the temperature control with our current heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system. She said there shouldn’t be a problem. The temperature control will be connected to our Wi-Fi as well as be controlled with our smartphone. Now this is what I’m talking about! I am more optimism about current day technological advances. After all, what is the point of having luxurious heating, ventilation, and air conditioning if every time you arrive at your house the temperature is not what you want it to be?
