When we moved here, it was for my wife’s job and we hadn’t started our family yet.
It was one of those situations that just seemed to work out perfectly.
There was a very short window for us to find a house prior to me moving everything later on. My wife had already started her new job inside the commercial HVAC of the office where she still works to this day. She had a realtor set up all sorts of showings for the three day period I was going to be in town. Believe it or not, the very first house we were shown was the house we’re still in. So once I moved out of our old apartment and got moved into the new place, I started looking for an HVAC company. Before we even started unpacking, I wanted to find HVAC professionals that we could trust to replace the residential HVAC in our place. And I really did my due diligence before choosing the HVAC company that we still use today. And that HVAC company has been coming out to do the HVAC maintenance on our HVAC equipment since then. I was very grateful that during the Fall heating maintenance, the HVAC technician warned me that the heat pump might not make it through the Summer. With this amount of time, I was able to get my ducks in a row and make a plan to replace the heating and cooling equipment. With the early heads up, we were able to chose the new residential HVAC replete with all the new HVAC technology. And we were able to get all of it installed and ready to go before the Spring was finished. There was no way I was going into our Summer heat with a lame heat pump.
