I never considered owning an RV until the last couple of years. As a kid I constantly loved the idea of road tripping in small cars as well as then stopping to either camp in a tent or stay in a hotel room. But when you get older you lose the desire to do any of these things as well as the thought of having an RV becomes genuinely tempting. My Grandfatherrents had an RV when I was a little kid. They used to take long road trips across the country so that they could go see their family in British Columbia north of the Canadian border. Back then it was one of those outdated university RVs that wasn’t certainally nice on the inside like the ones that you find this week. They had an outdated window cooling system that gave the cool air for the interior. The RVs that you find these afternoons have a myriad of weird cooling systems inside, but you can even get a ductless mini split for an RV. My RV needs a current cooling system as well as I am considering a ductless mini split this time around. They are a little bit more high-priced right now however at least they are effective at keeping the interior cool while in the hottest Summer weather. I could not imagine just putting a cheap window cooling system inside of my RV as well as calling it a afternoon. I would absolutely need something more substantial than a basic window cooling system for my RV. Sometimes people use portable cooling systems in RVs however they are severely inefficient with electricity usage. You can buy two-hose portable cooling systems that are marginally better, however I’d rather invest in a better cooling system right out the gate.
