I was calling the Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier many times a day, and I always got the answering machine.
I could not think they were so busy that no one had the time to return a cellphone call.
The one time I did get through, I was put on hold instantly and they never came back on line. I wanted to know how many people used this Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier and if they all had this much trouble getting in touch with them. I talked to my neighbor, and she told me she never had a problem getting through to the Heating, Ventilation & A/C dealer, however she hadn’t called them lately. The last time they called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier was when they had the air conditioner component tested. I told her I had troubles with the air conditioner unit, and I could not get in touch with them. She provided me their card and I compared it to the one I had. It had the same information on her card as it had on mine. I then looked at my cellphone to see if my contact number was wrong. Everything looked kosher so I tried to call them once again, while resting in her living room. She could not think what she was hearing, since I put my cellphone on speaker. She picked up her cellphone and called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C dealer. She instantly got to talk to someone. She told them she was me, and she wanted to have repair done on her air conditioner. She told them what I said about the A/C unit, and they made an appointment for that afternoon. I had to have a chat with the Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker when he arrived.
