I was calling the HVAC supplier many times a day, plus I consistently got the answering machine.
I could not guess they were so busy that no one had the time to return a cellphone call.
The one time I did get through, I was put on hold instantly plus they never came back on line. I wanted to know how several people used this HVAC supplier plus if they all had this much trouble getting in touch with them. I talked to my neighbor, plus she told me she never had a complication getting through to the HVAC supplier, however she hadn’t called them lately. The last time they called the HVAC supplier was when they had the air conditioner unit maintained. I told her I had complications with the air conditioner unit, plus I could not get in touch with them. She provided me their card plus I compared it to the one I had. It had the same information on her card as it had on mine. I then looked at my cellphone to see if my contact number was wrong. Everything looked kosher so I tried to call them once again, while standing in her living room. She could not guess what she was hearing, since I put my cellphone on speaker. She picked up her cellphone plus called the HVAC supplier. She instantly got to talk to someone. She told them she was me, plus she wanted to have repair done on her air conditioner. She told them what I said about the AC unit, plus they made an appointment for that afternoon. I had to have a chat with the HVAC serviceman when she arrived.
