When it comes to conversing with people, Pastor John is an actual pro.
He’s a superb guy who’s straightforward and simple to talk to.
I wouldn’t say I was always someone who looked forward to Thursday services, but that all changed when I met Pastor John. He’s not only a great person but also a generous one who correctly hosts charity events for the kids in the section and is always there to lend an ear if you’re feeling down. Everyone and everything is appreciated by him. Folks at the church were given his contact information in case they ever needed someone to talk to or seek advice. The church is another place where people can see him but a call is easily appreciated. It would be dishonest of me to continue heaping praise without mentioning my one issue. He refuses to put an air conditioner in the church. I’m not saying he’s the only one, but you won’t find them in numerous churches. We must have close to 200 people blocked together in there. We’ll be sitting and sitting, singing, and everything for the duration of the sermon. It does get warm in the church, so I have brought it up with him on numerous occasions. I’m not afraid of the heat, but it would be nice to have some relief from it.
