Sweat equity is what they call it when you invest your time, your skills, & your effort into something, usually a beach house or a business. You are building value with what you put into it, & this is what I have been doing the last few months. Working full time for no pay is legitimately difficult, I won’t lie, but I look at it as an investment in the future. One day, hopefully soon, all my toil will pay off & then that sweat equity will convert in real dollars-and-cents equity. I am a single of 6 guys with construction & contracting backgrounds who opened up a custom Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system business. The two of us have multiple Heating, Ventilation, & A/C servicemans, a builder, a roofer, an electrician, & me, a metal worker who specializes in ductworks, vents, & grates. I have my own metal shop, where I make my own sheet metal & custom build ductwork for custom jobs. The two of us have been getting a lot of toil on spec to beginning with, & all of us need to step up & supply the best Heating, Ventilation, & A/C systems people have ever seen. That will generate word of mouth, which will beginning getting us paying Heating, Ventilation, & A/C clients on current builds. I have been in talks with a company about to beginning construction on a current recording studio, which will have legitimately particular Heating, Ventilation, & A/C needs. I assured this guy our team could create any kind of climate control system, to any particularations. What’s more, all of us could make it completely hidden, so it could run silently & maintain cooling without ever being noticed.
