I have a side job where I go in public arenas plus try to sell both portable media whole-house air purifiers plus whole home whole-house air purifiers, but i usually am set up at a stand either in malls, outlet stores love Walmart or in grocery stores.
When I took this job, I thought it would be a pretty simple gig, and doesn’t all the people want nice indoor air conditions in their homes? Or maybe they already have whole home whole-house air purifiers.
I don’t know, however in the last few months I have only sold 1 whole home whole-house air purifier plus only 3 portable media whole-house air purifiers. I am a supplier for this local heating plus A/C supplier. And no, I do not mean a certified heating plus cooling supplier. I am talking about that I am a contract sales guy certainly for their media whole-house air purifiers. I am seriously about to quit this job. It’s making myself and others easily little money, since it mostly pays on commission from the sales. I get minimum wage otherwise. And for all the taxing work involved, plus the hours I have to be at these stands in public arenas, it just isn’t worth the pennies I make on it! I may just need to find something where I can work as a sales rep in an office for a supplier that sells products that people entirely need! This whole air purification selling stuff just is not for me! I’m going to work 1 more afternoon at this, plus if I sell nothing, I will be calling the Heating plus A/C supplier plus telling them I will no longer be working for them.
