When I was a kid, my Grandpa was regularly giving us age advice that may or may not have made an impact on our young brains! As an adult, I wish that I had taken more notes! I suppose about a lot of his advice would make sense to myself and others now, after living a few years as a grown up, but for instance, when he used to tell myself and others all about the process of purchasing your own home, I honestly blanked out most of the time! The one thing that I do remember him saying is it’s crucial to visit a cabin many times before you ever make an offer.
As an adult, I totally understand why he said this, however recently, I was searching for a current cabin in addition to thought I had found the locale of my dreams.
I almost made an offer after the first time I saw it, but then all of us remembered what Grandpa said. I asked the realtor if they would be available next Tuesday in addition to Monday.
