The shed could have a window a/c component in it that I could set to a temperature that is comfortable for the arachnids in addition to the insects. I am thinking about 77° would be perfect. I also want a humidifier in the shed so that I can replace the humidity that the a/c detachs… But then I study that you should not run a humidifier at the same time as an a/c so, again, I am a bit at a loss. My husband advocated maybe I could get a swamp cooler because they run on evaporative air. I think a swamp cooler would add humidity to the air while cooling the shed down just a bit. This might be just what I am looking for.
