We also enjoy the lake very much next to our home
A few years back, my husbandy and I bought this aged lake house. While a lot of people thought the lake apartment seemed to be a real eyeahore, my husbandy and I saw some dire potential. Sure, it needed plenty of labor and renovations over the years, but we have done a lot and the lake apartment looks fantastic! One of the first items of corporation was having the fireplace fixed up so it was in safe and working order. Then we figured out which Heating, Ventilation, and A/C idea we wanted to have installed. The aged gas furnace was not going to do. So we had the gas furnace removed and after that I opted for a ductless mini split system. The ductless mini split is great, especially since the heating idea works all the way down to -5 degrees. Since the winters around here never fall below zero, we consistently have great heating in our home. Even if there was an issue with the heating from the ductless mini split, we have our fireplace to keep hot also. We consistently enjoy using the fireplace during the Winter time season, periodically even in the Spring or fall weeks. We also enjoy the lake very much next to our home. We have a private property, so my husbandy and I will go out swimming in the lake during the warmer weeks. There’s nothing more great than going for a swim in the moonlight and having a great time with my husbandy. Then afterwards, we will cut out some wine and relax in front of the fireplace.
